1. Hey Jimmy Neutron. From all of us in Canada…. Please stop. I don't think there is one person who values your opinion and you are just the king of cringe. Although you have givin my buddies and I the "Greg says something idiotic" drinking game and we're blasted after 10 minutes. Please stop for the sake of our livers

2. Jack Hughes (and Quinn) still needed their USA sweaters on SNL…

3. marner became the wipping boy because him & his dad bitched 24/7 about every perceived slight. the agent is STILL doing media talking about the rookie bonuses from over a decade ago… and THEN he disappeared every. single. playoffs. what is wysh even talking about, mckenna will absolutely NOT get the same treatment. leafs fans almost ALWAYS choose a dman as a whipping boy unless the player is absolutely deserving like mitch was.

4. I don't think Jack Hughes is as well known as you think.

5. If Mark Stone is 25th, Michael Amadio will be 26th.

6. Need to go back and look at gretsky hslf naked for photoshoots. Hes not doing something that new

7. Wyshinski is cringe

8. A lot to chew on here but first, Wysh you unkowingly dissed all the hockey players you talk about taking glamour shots. Cheesecake = women, beefcake = men. You unkowingly called the hockey guys who take their glamour shots and such soft and curvy…..Not exactly a compliment there bro.

   Onto the show proper:

   1. I love Marek's point about the league wanting all their markets to have the same kind of scrutiny and fan interaction of Toronto but honestly, that'd be far too much. You need shades of that whereby all the markets are healthy and you have a high level of interaction. I can understand players wanting some form of anonymity but at some point you have to realize you're a PUBLIC FIGURE! Is there not a part of your ego that wants to be stroked and fans yelling out at you whether it's good or bad? The more you want to hide in the woodwork the more it limits your opportunities OFF the ice as a viable and marketable player which leads to #2

   2. I love that the younger players are emboldened to let their personalities out and to seek fame outside of hockey. Yes, it's a little dangerous sometimes to be so comfortable with the fact that there's no privacy and you SEEK out attention but for the most part that's the way to create engagement and popularity within and outside the sport. The piece on Celebrini is a great example of seeking out that kind of widespread exposure. I do have to laugh about the whole "convex side of the blade" thing but not fully for the reasons you guys brought up but also because that's just high falutin bourgeoisie highbrow writing from an outlet like GQ. They write as if their poop don't stink and it's a privilege to breathe the air they do. The grossness of the whole fanfic thing Wysch brought up is fair but on the other hand that's what's going to crop up in the ecosystem of things like Heated Rivalry and Off Campus. I will say that the missing the point on women fans is valid. Some female fans bring a different perspective that should be welcomed. There was a lady that called into the Leafs After Dark show last night show brought up the personality and culture dynamics of the Leafs early on and that was AWESOME.

   3. Man, you were gonna talk about the uniforms for the Heritage Classic and never got to it! The Jets need to go back to those unis FULL TIME or at least the '90s version.

   4. Last but not least, Marek I think you've cautioned about meeting your heroes. I IMPLORE you don't ever try and meet up with Frank Miller. He's turned into quite the sad and disgusting character. Just remember him for the great art and stories that you enjoyed.

Once again, great show and keep up the good work.

9. Leafs suck!!!! Oilers rock!!!
